This is a dehydrated raw bread. Top with cheese, hummus, use to make a veggie sandwich or serve along with traditional Italian fare.

Healthy Raw & Dehydrated Garlic Bread

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seed, sprinkled on top

Instructions

  1. Grind the flax and set aside. (You can use pre-ground flax if desired)
  2. Prep and process the remaining ingredients except the water.
  3. Add ground flax and water after veggies are pureed.
  4. Process well and spread on dehydrator sheets.
  5. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and dehydrate for 5-6 hours at 110 ̊ F.
  6. Flip off sheet onto mesh tray and dehydrate another 3-4 hours depending on desired consistency.

Notes

These will keep in airtight container in refrigerator for aproximately one week.
