Throughout the cleanse Antoinette gave us menus, recipes, and suggestions for snacks. We had plenty of food and choices. She also encouraged us to be conscious of eating mindfully. Hi Miss Antoinette,

I ate every one of your awesome crackers that you gave us for our trip. They are gone…and I am seriously craving more. The kids thought they looked like bird seed…but I lovingly named them ‘Wanna Be Crackers’. A few I ate with a bit of guacamole, but I decided I liked them best plain…to enjoy the real food quality of them.

I’m still running 15-20 miles a week and really feeling the improvement.
